The fact that it's a pun makes it amazing on its own, and the fact that it rhymes with my name takes it to a whole new level, AND it's the best definition ever?!

O-M-Effing-G, My Friend Might Win an Oscar!

I am incredibly lucky to have a ton of incredibly amazing friends.
They are off all over the world conquering their fields in every realm you can imagine.
I'm a lucky gal.
One of these said amazing folk is my dear friend, animation director Timothy Reckart.
His short film, Head Over Heels, has been nominated for an Academy Award this year for Best Animated Short.
I KNOW, RIGHT?!?! SOOO EFFING COOOLLLL!
It's amazing and inspiring, and just totally awesome.
After months of keeping it under wraps, Tim has finally released the short online and it is ssooooooo awesome! 
He's allowed me to share it with you all, so please watch and enjoy!

St. Martin Kingdom

On our trip last week, we were on a beautiful hike along the coast in St. Martin when we came across a pebble beach that reminded us so much of the one in Moonrise Kingdom, one of our favorite movies of the year! 
It immediately called to mind the adorable dance scene that happens, and without abandon we had a little dance party of our own. I'm in the process of learning how to edit video, and used this as an opportunity to make something.

I'm sure you're all pretty sick of my political propagation, and I swear it's about done, but the election is in 3 DAYS and I feel so strongly about so much, I just need to share as much as I can before the big day.
