How To Make Lasagne del' Amorosa

Today's How-To is how to make a delicious lasagna. The recipe is courtesy of my culinary genius mother (Kitchen Kismet, (c/). It is called Lasagne del' Amorosa, or Lasagne of the Loving One. It is one of my favorite things, and super easy and delicious! Buon Appetito!
- 15 Sheets Lasagne Pasta
- 1/2 Tub Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Basil Walnut Pesto (Either store bought or here's a recipe)
- 5 Cups Artichoke Hearts, Drained (The canned ones are great)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil (For coating pan. Can also use Vagalene)
- 1 Jar Marinara Sauce
- 1 Bag Taste Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Bag Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

How To Make It:
1. Cook Lasagna pasta sheets al dente (firm, not hard) and drain.
2. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Coat deep pan with Olive Oil and lay down first layer of noodles to cover bottom of pan.
3. Beast Eggs till yellow and mix with Ricotta, Pesto, and salt & pepper.
4. Use one-half of the ricotta mixture as the next layer on top of the pasta, and sprinkle a light layer of mozzarella and Parmesan, then top with a full can of artichoke hearts.
5. Layer another row of pasta, then another layer of Ricotta mix. Top with final layer of pasta. Top with Marinara sauce (to your taste, I like a lot) and a heavy (again, to taste) sprinkling of Parmesan and Mozzarella.
6. Cover with tight aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes until Golden Brown.
