That's it. Sometime today, or tomorrow, or this weekend, try something you haven't done before. Go Salsa Dancing. See a black & white movie on the big screen. Eat a strange food. Pop into that little boutique you've always been curious about. Do Power Yoga. Try a new cocktail. You may not be crazy about it, but trying new things is proven to be good for you.
Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
